Overall, it's good base for exploring Negombo attractions. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of meals. We were in the deluxe king room with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk.

We would recomand the place. The room rate is LKR 7761. Free wifi worked.

My Easter stay wasn’t great. The room was not as clean as I would have liked and there were some maintenance issues that needed attention.

Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and served with great attention to detail. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, service, and basic amenities.
